SS capillary tube is metric stainless steel tubing with OD 0.26-16 mm, which is widely used in medical devices. Its advantages include: high precision with very little tolerance from +/-0.005mm to +/-0.03mm; high cleanliness for inner and outer surface; good performances on corrosion and wear resistance, tensile strength and water resistance; lower carbon content; no metal ions were released at all, makes SS capillary tube is the better choice for medical industry.
We received SS capillary tube inquiry from Turkey customer on 7th March,2019. This customer told us they are manufacture of medical devices in Turkey and they are looking forward for a reliable supplier for long term work.They started to manufacture polymer clip and retractor system since 2011.
They sent their sizes to us, there were several questions should be confirmed:
According to customer’s requests we quoted our best price soon and supplied samples to customer by DHL.
On 26th March, the customer approved our samples and sent us their trail order of SS capillary tube.
